Although working with this fox makes my skin crawl.I will do it for you Ceri.After Maeve reluctantly agrees she is tackled by the lust filled Ryuuou, something she ends up enjoying.
However (with some helpful prompting from Yomi) Ryuuou offers to teach Maeve a new sword technique on the condition that she sleep with her. She claims not to like the special attention Ryuuou gives her at first calling it nonsense. Ryuuou : When first meeting her Maeve treats her like any other monster she needs to slay. However when Yomi offers her a mud massage she does not turn the offer down and says she will come to trust her in her own time. Yomi : Being an adventurer for so long, she imminently distrusts the fox and vows to kill her if it turns out that Yomi has ulterior motives. She is impressed with how much stronger Ceri has grown during her time spent in the dungeon. She is very protective of her and will go out of her way to help her even if it means working with monsters. She enjoys spending most of her time out in the open training with her great sword.Ĭeri : Maeve practically raised Ceri when she was sent to train as a knight under her. It was not until her defeat at the hands of Yomi did she have a reason to do so. She trained her in the art of swordplay and used to make her run drills to make her faster.Īs she has attained a legendary hero status in the human world she had lost the motivation to grow stronger. When Ceri was sent by her parents to be trained as a knight, Maeve became her mentor. What is known is that she was a born a peasant before rising up the ranks, defeating different monsters and saving kingdoms from being destroyed, Although these stories might be heavily exaggerated. Little is known about her past as she doesn't like to dwell on it. Maeve doesn't give up easily, when she was defeated by Yomi she still wanted to stand and fight even though her Armor was in tatters. She possesses a unique talent in spotting monsters as she was the only member of her guild who could see past Yomi's human disguise. When fist meeting Yomi she refuses her hospitality, worrying they may be secretly trying to poison her and when the Dragon Orb is discovered she suggests they destroy it as she does not trust the magic held within. Her years in attaining the rank as Guild Master has taught her to be extremely cautious and she is slow to trust anything new to her. This will sometimes lead her to underestimate situations, such as assuming the dungeon would be over in a day with her help or thinking she would easily defeat Yomi when they first meet. She seems to hold her pride over everything and is shown to be over confident in her own abilities. Maeve has a very serious and hostile personality, especially towards the monsters she has to work with.
